This Shipping Policy explains how OFFROAD TACTICAL handles order processing and shipping.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Custom, made-to-order, or backordered items may require additional time.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be provided once the order has shipped.

4. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, address issues, holidays, or events beyond our control.

5. Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, shipping issues may need to be handled with the carrier. If you experience an issue, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

7. Backorders

If an item is on backorder, additional processing time may apply. We may ship items separately or hold the order until all items are available.
