1. Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition with original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

- Made-to-order items
- Special-order items
- Items showing signs of installation, use, modification, or damage after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
5. Return Authorization
Please contact us before sending any return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
7. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
8. Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
9. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production, fulfillment, or shipping has begun. Custom and made-to-order items may not be canceled once work has started.
